i think it's wrong that you should feel oblidged to tip because it's expected. Just tip when you feel it's needed or deserved. that's what I do.
Mind you if I don't tip, I generally don't go back...However I do tip Big Issue sellers at christmas. I generally buy them a bottle of beer, or cider or meths or something.
It makes me feel good about myself...
