Tip is something you have to achive to get. You get tip if you've done a great job. You get no tip if you suck. That's Sweden though.
Remember when I were in NY and had breakfast at some junk diner called 'All healthy' just serving butter drained pancakes with bacon and jam. And the guy begind the counter expected tip. Bullshit.
