I think there needs to be a better hierarchy of text. reduce the number of point sizes used and try to have three maximum. This should hopefully pull it all together, and be easier on the eye Also watch out for widows on line endings. I realsise there's probably restrictions with colour and fonts, but if not explore alternative colour pallettes and maybe introduce a secondary font.
