You know simply by even discussing this banality ur falling into their trap.... Their creating discourse where there is none.... Talk about media disinformation. It's the nature of the spectacle. These issues of Canada this and America that, do not exist. Their simulations of simulations just to keep u guys talking and watching. Like car crash television. They put people on air that are gonna be compulsive, even if you hate them. That's the point. It's vacuous and meaningless.
I'm sure there's better things to be bitching about than whether to hate arrogant Americans or not (war? economics? ecological catastrophes?). The issue does not all of a sudden exist just because some crazy TV friendly charicatures make some emotive remarks. It's one big con trick, fucking theatre. It's what broadcast journalism has decended into in the US.
In Ancient times, back in the Ice Age, most of humanity believed in this shamanistic religion called Tengri. There were 100s and 1000s of gods all vying to be worshipped. The more a god was worshipped the more he or she grew in strength and the more power he or she exerted over the earth. And so the more he or she would need to be worshipped... a feedback loop. But if the people turned their back on those idols, their power would wane, and as their power waned, the less people paid attention to them. A visious spiral. Finally these forgotten gods would be cast down from heaven and end up in a place called Tien-Shan - hell of the gods. Deep beneath the earth.
