the gradient is sooo painful, dude.
at least get rid of the horizontal gradient behind the body and kill the gradient behind the navigation.
you need a zingy color in there too... I'm so bored looking at it... booooring - and it's because it needs a little somethin' somethin' to stand out.
Perhaps just pop in a really blunt light blue... or a yellow or something.
I realize this is team-colors you're working with... but it needs to warm up a little - and getting rid of the gradients may help.
