    20% also. I bill for my pre-press and press check time in the design, but also mark up the printing.

    Listen, one day you're going to totally fuck up a print piece and it's going to be on your head. That 20% is to be set aside to cover yourself in the future.

    Things happen and you can't always blame the printer, your client won't care. They'll just want it right. It's kind of a savings account for print work in my opinion.
