are you sure the width is correct wraith lord??.
Ok monkey RGB and don't worry about the 255 levels if they are too 'hot' the ditor can sort them all out with his/her mixer and or video levels on the timeline. I never ever worry about stills from photoshop they have always been broadcast safe, I have a legaliser but rarely it is needed. Are you using digi beta decks or what format will it be broadcast in?.
