not sure I did a search for 'a division of' in google, I would imagine you might want to try and reference the other brand visually. Like Cingular is doing with AT&T...they left the little guy cingular orange but changed the typeface color to AT&T blue. Looks pretty sharp, doesn't dilute the cingular brand but adds a reference to the AT&T merger.
