hey elbow, it's nothing personal, it's just my opinion, looking from the outside in, so it'easy for me to take such an objective stance on it.
we've all made the same mistake i'm sure.
kill 'em with kindness instead! let them be the one to lose their cool if it comes to it.
in the end you'll always come out looking as the better man, especially when it comes to doing business.
