You can export from Flash to an EPS or AI, both of which Illustrator should be able to open. Fonts and bitmaps don't export as well as drawn elements.
Screenprinting usually works best with spot color separations, unless your printing CMYK, which I wouldn't recommend on a tee unless you really trust your screenprinter and they have experience doing CMYK on a tee, which is much harder than traditional print.
