Ogilvy didn't lecture? Ever been in an Ogilvy office? Or their website for that matter? Ogilvy quotes on the walls mate! lol! :)
There were four people in this thread commenting on lack of concept and message. The only response that followed was "our audience doesn't need that stuff".
To me it is like making a car without wheels, because your targeted buyers know how to ride a bike.
Again in my humble opinion. It's a great illustration, but it doesn't perform very well on the advertising part.
