Its alright in my opinion. I think it should have some type of message to it like a nice 80's art deco font that says something like "Makes You Look As Good As Tubbs". Then add some flamingos here and there and you have yourself a genuine Miami Vice replica! ;P
Seriously though, you need to concentrate on who your audience is and what they are going to be attracted to. You want them to be aware of tha ad and you want them to take action (visit your site). Right now it really doesn't envoke me to take action though. Also think about the audience you are focusing on. Is it graphic deisngers with a thirst for the abstract, or teenage rebels using leftover lunch money to make a statement, or the fashionista walking down fifth ave. to go to the Barney's warehouse sale!?
