    6:45 - wake up, drink OJ and eat vitamins because i'm an old man
    7:15 - i leave my house
    8:05 - i get to the office
    4:45 - leave work
    5:15-30 - i get home and take a nap
    6:00 - i get up and check my email and IMs because they're blocked at work
    7:30 - dinner
    8:15 - play xbox
    9:00 - start freelance work
    11:00 - do some pushups (people tell me i shouldn't exercise before sleep but it puts me right to sleep)
    11:30 - goto sleep
