the design/colors/type face does a nice job capturing the feel of vintage.
logo does not have too much personality in my opinion. Doesn't say much on what the company is all about.
the victorian element on the top right giving that vintage feel may be a bit over used. maybe try enlarging one rather than repeat and re-composing it.
maybe try adding some simple vintage elements on the white space on the left .
