make yourself a copy of the logo with the Copyright symbol next to it and put it somewhere on your site.
An attorney friend of mine says (and she's right)..
She who gets to the copyright office first wins...We discussed a very similar situationwith her last week, re a logo, and Im pretty certain that would cover it pending any litigation you wanted to enact.
Its not Gospel, but I think its very little effort to do that on your part, for a potentially good result :)..
Anyone else any experience with this ?
