monkeyshines: take the offer, try to get more money if you can too, if that doesn't work then negociate an extra week of vacation, counter negociate by saying that with extra money/vacation you promise not to take on freelance projects while working there... you will be working you butt off cause it's a small shop and if you have the expertise in web, you will be leading all the projects too... the economy is not bueno right now and won't get together anytime soon, and lot's of freelancers are dying for FT work...
