i wear the shit outta my jeans, so i can justify paying a little more than the $30 i would at, say the mall. you are paying for the quality of the fabric and cut. plus, i like a more flattering cut than the three traditionally offered to men: baggy, straight leg, or relaxed.
but, i would probably kick my own ass if i was wearing $400 jeans!
