    its shared domain lease..
    yuo are leasing the domain and that is why its cheap...

    if in your original contract, it didnt specify the it is a shared contract you should have the domain..

    contract them via phone and ask them what the status (domain co/hosting)..

    and search under networksolutions and see who comes up..
