I made the move from england 4 years ago and live/work in Madrid. Sounds like you've got a good start with the studio where you work having an office in Madrid, a transfer would be the best thing, then you could look around once you're here and move if you want to. Let me know anything else you need to know... Oh, it's pissing down with rain at the moment so bring an umbrella!.
