I did what you guys are trying to do, but from Argentina to the US. I actually came here without knowing anybody, I did study english though. But I wanted to practice, I was undecided at first between here or australia, opposite of you I wanted to improve my english. I got an intership through college, and from there a job in a agency, now I work solo, and a few months ago got my EU dual citizenship, and Im thinking next moving over there, but this time I want my girl to come with me :)
Is deffenetly something I reccomend to anyone, if you can't affor to live there, at least travel alone sometime, its kinda weird at the begginning but eventually you meet people, make friends, and its huge change, so be ready!good luck!
