maybe the "new designer" will be able to design sites that dont follow current fashion trends, rip off other sites deemed as "cool", and think of their own original ideas. maybe they wont do "package deals" on websites - i.e 10 pages and your logo for $199. maybe they wont rely on other people to put content on their own personal websites (wallpaper competitions etc).
maybe .... just maybe ....
