Can you imagine telling the guy who works on your car that if he rebuilds your transmission you'll give him some rap cd's!
These kinds of "job" posting are fucked up. We are suposed to think that working for no pay is a good thing or that it will get us somewhere in our profession. Go ahead and work for "exposure" and be exposed for being a person who will work for free; be exposed for a person who doesn't value what you do -- what ever level you are at.
Believe me these people are not looking for someone who's skills are worth nothing. Trust me when I say they are looking for the shit but they don't want to pay for it. Of course *they* work for money and the high-profile client is getting paid big time but you... you can work for nothing. Hey you're just a designer. Right?
