If you have TV-out or S-video-out or any type of 'out' on your video card, you can hook it up a VCR or DV-Cam and tape it.
The maximum resolution will be 720x540.
The benefits to this is that you can have actionscript in your Flash piece, and it will not be affected in the transfer to Quicktime, and there's no software overhead to slow things down (in the case of using a program like Camtasia, a software-based screen motion capture program).
