blimey, i can only pick 5??
well, i'll change my mind as soon as they are up, but here goes....
the station agent - at the end they are just sitting and are all friends again. something has changed, but they seem better for it, they are comfortable not to speak.
wonderboys - in the bar after the reading do when they are talking about the 'james brown hair appreciation society', and the horse story
love liza - hoffman has finally got his dead wife's stuff back, finally reads the suicide note, finally knows why... and torches the fucking lot cause he's been sniffing fuel
down by law - benigni has gone into the shack to 'check it out' the others are outside waiting, and waiting... they go in and benigni is sitting down to dinner and has forgotten about them having fallen in love with the girl
happiness - when the father is trying to force his sons friend to eat the drugged sandwich - horrid really but i think the scene which has made me cringe more than any other
