If this kind of talk offends people, those same people should educate themselves and read black theorists on this very subject--intellectuals like Cornel West, John McWhorters and ZZ Packer, rather than have their panties in a bunch and toss around the race card in such a retarded way. Even Dave Chappele and Chris Rock critique the same thing, just in different more amusing ways.
FYI: The ebonics measure failed in Oakland, it's not recognized, and it's not interesting--it's ridiculously the wrong approach, it's oversimplistic, and it's riddled with contradictions...
