it would help if you can be sent away and stranded on a deserted island for a few months, you'd come back nice a thin and chill, when you have nothing to do working out and eating right and all that stuff is the easiest.
when i was layed off for 7 months that's all i did, i was like an olympian, eating right, working out even 2 times a day...it was nice...then i got a stressful job. =\
