Splenda. It's great!
Workout at least 4 times a week. Cardio& weights. That muscle gain will keep the metabolism runnin good. Work out or exercise preferably in the morning BEFORE you eat.
Brown = good (oatmeal, brown rice, whole wheat bread)
White = bad (white rice, pasta, russet potatoes)Eat small meals every 3 hours.
At least a gallon of water everyday.
