Yeah.. I already knew the answer, but this was fun. I actuall had a meeting with myself a few minutes ago, and I am gonna start jogging in the AM, and start eating better. I will keep you guys upated on my progress...
I am 6' 1 and 200 lbs... of korean/guamaniun lovin! So I will try and get down to 185-190 lbs.
