    yeah, they all do it, i guess its a good application of caveat emptor (buyer beware, i think one of the few things i learned at school) but its frustrating at alot of companies have started doing this, and its become accepted. It sucks for the employees of the company too because while some high paid exec is at head office making all these decisions, they're on the front lines getting bitched at by people like me because their marketing policies are bullshit.
