Adam, that's good feedback, thanks. I posted it on craigslist as $175-$200. $200 a day I can do for the right person.
It's a tough situation. This month I finally got my own space instead of subletting, and hired 1 person full time and 2 freelancers.
2 yrs ago it was me in my apartment. So the overhead is a lot, and I have to be cautious. I don;t want to squeeze anyone, I'm very sensitive to it. I just have to be realistic about what I can afford. Everytime you add more overhead, you have to bring in enough $ to cover it, that's a lot of work.
