I have a Toureg and a Passat wagon. We have had minor gliches with the Toureg and the Passat but we take it in and it gets fixed. Had a Chevy Tahoe for awhile and those fuckers wouldnt fix shit. I seriously have been happy with VW. Warranty covers everything, the people that work there are always decent, and they wash the car on the way out. Never got anything from Chevy other than time wasted writting letter about how i will never buy american.
I can say one thing though. If you have had to pay anything outside of warranty... I did go to one dealership that told me I would have to pay 300 bucks for something that another dealer said was under warranty. So it may also be dealer to dealer.
