To clarify, both accounts have Administrator permissions. The way it was configured originally, i never had to set permissions on any file/folder i made. It was like by default, ANY folder I made would only be visible to the user profile that made it. Think of it this way, when you have different user profiles, everyone's desktop looks different according to the individual. thats the way it was for my f:/ drive the way the guy set it up.
It was set up like that before my hard drive crashed, so i know that it is possible. I dont have contact with the guy that did it for me originally, so thats why im asking here. thanks.
