    I have been running the same installation of WinXP Pro since I built my PC two years ago. Upgraded some memory and the CPU since then and it has been rock solid. I havent seen a BSOD since Win2K.

    All it takes is a little MAINTENENCE my friends. Run diskeeper every couple of weeks and make sure your av and firewall are always kept up to date. I have been using this program called TuneUp Utliites 2K4, it monitors memory usage, cleans up the registry, and in general keeps everything esle runing smooth. Highly recommended.
