    so an update on the accident.

    I talked with her insurance company. they initially said 'well, it sounds like our fault so we will contact you again after we talked to her'

    i say cool, thanks.

    get a call back two hours later. the insurance company was like 'our motorist said that you were going kind of fast' i was like 'hell no. she wasn't even paying fucking attention blabbing away on her cell phone and t-boned me!'

    then the insurance company was like 'well, we can cover 80% of the cost"

    WHAT A FUCKING JOKE. So i have to pay 20% out of my pocket because some dumbass isn't paying attention. fucking joke.

    so what do you guys think i should do? i argured with the insurance company for 20 minutes and they wouldn't budge. should i contact my insurance company and have them talk to her or what? any suggestions please?
