look at this weeks mac user for some freelance tips inc pricing(17th september on cover)
depends on who the jobs for. i have far too many mates rates (print) jobs which are slowly being adjusted. having said that as their business flourishes thanks to your hardwork you can raise your prices.
tell your client to check prontaprint or other copyshop's prices for layout / design - they'll soon be happy paying you that £60 an hour.
