Depends on the job/experience really. It also depends on whether or not you're bidding through an agency. As they normally charge you out at 300+ per day then give you 200-240 per day. If you don't have an agency 240-300 per day 30-35 an hour should be reasonable. Artworkers are a dime a dozen (creative directors words not mine) so it might actually be a bit lower for that, which sounds like what you're angling towards. I would hinge it as well on the length of the project long term projects 1 week plus you might go for a lower rate. Short-term a higher rate.
