analyzing usability of text:
"Has anyone seen or used a site or service that had an exceptional help system.
I'm looking for ideas of really good usability, layout, organization, etc.
Any help is appreciated."
First you ask for an exceptional help system....while at the end you say ANY help is appreciated...
