one more thing, a shop like xix probably wouldnt be able to handle a job that big, it looks like they handle small orders (pricing on the site for up to 299 shirts, rest is quote only) and their pricing isn't discounted as much as you would want for a bulk order like 3000.
i'm not trying to mock you or be an ass or anything, just want to make sure you know what you're getting into with this... its a huge investment, and you need to really research before you jump, i've made the mistake in the past, spent 1500 and ended up with shirts that couldnt be sold because the printer didnt cure the inks at the right temp, so its really important to make sure your printer is competant and able to handle the scale of the job
