does anybody remember that early matt dillon flick, over the edge, about these wild and out of control suburban kids in arizona? these kids were popping pills and carrying guns and they even locked their parents inside the school during a pta meeting.
there was this great scene about half way throufh where one of the protagonists showed up to his driver's training class frying on acid, which turned out later to be laced with speed. it just so happened to be the day they showed red asphalt, that crazy "be careful don't drink and drive because you might get mangled beyond recognition" film notorious in driver's ed programs in the states. the boy started shaking and sweating and freaking out in class as they goory images played on the screen, and whispered to his friend next to him, over and over: "So much Violence. So much violence."
