A successful user experience creates a positive relationship between a customer and the brand identity of the company. A brand audit takes a look at the cohesiveness of your brand and how it reflects the value of the products, services and company.
BASIC STRUCTURE
Branding analysis (traditional and interactive):
Is there a strong look and feel across all materials?
How is the client branding the company, products and services?
Is there established brand equity?
Is there brand awareness?
Marketplace analysis:
What is the niche for the client's product or service? Does the branding reflect that?
Who is the target audience? What are they looking for in a product? Does the branding come across as the solution for these customers?
How are competitors building awareness? How do they compete with the client?
