  I usually use the lcd screen to frame my shots. Plus the xl2 is a bulky monster. The lack of a screen on the xl2 is a huge disadvantage.

  If I was going for pixel resolution I'd go for the JVC HD1 Hi Def camera... But I like the look that the DVX100 is capable of producing.
