what drives the monsters?
its the money.decisions are made by what we call fixers,a wealthy educated and well adapted group in the terrorist factions.they make lots of money by this...thus its good for them to keep this in order.they give orders to the base,the madmen who have nothing to lose...and they execute those orders.
