could lightly be treated as criminal damage to private property. i have heard stories before about that.
if that had happened to me I would go and talk to her right away and ask her what she thought gave her the right to touch anything that didn't belong to her. then demand she pay you for a replacement.
if she says no punch her in the face and kick her when she's down
