    i got a pretty large place in park slope for 1400, no electricity and it has a w/d. i feel like i am ripping off the landlord, he renovated it right before i moved in. but i am not saying anything after seeing what craigslist had to offer.

    i live the slope alot, right near 7th ave, and it only takes me 20 mins to get to work.

    i looked alot in bburg as wel, just seemed too overpriced, and little bit too hipster.

    i ended up going with a broker thou, i couldn't find anything no-fee.

    as for the car. SELL IT! they are a huge pain here, i got rid of mine before i moved.
