I saw on one of those investigative report shows I think this one was called "Shame on you" they set up fake job applicants (actresses) to apply for the same position with this manager dude (who looked like a joey buttafucco without the Giants stamped pants). One girl had a very well qualified resume and she was a serious business woman type. The other girl look like a model, but with little experience on her resume and acted like an airhead throughout the interview. It was really funny, they had hidden cameras, guess who got the job? The model chick...
