He kept saying he saw this other guy do it and that he'd call the cops on his cell phone for us if we like. I said I would like it if he would, but he wouldn't... so I called them while another guy blocked the door. The guy was staring me down on the other side of my desk as the dispatcher was asking for a description of him. I was trying to be subtle enough that they should just come down and look at him as opposed to me looking right at him then describing him to them. After the call we told him that they wanted to take his statement about the guy he saw. He said OK and called his girlfriend cell phone... It was really weird.
