I would have to say I had a pretty unique experience.
I had my previous rental lease bought out and paid off for me (about 4K), All moving expenses paid (about 3K), airfares paid for myself and my wife (not sure how much) and I received a car when I arrived (a 93 Camry, but hey it was free).
This was moving from Cleveland to California which I probably would have been willin to pay someone to do ;)
