I subscribe to RES magazine. On the DVD they sent out there is an overview of Motion. I was excited when I first heard about it, Im a big fan of FCP. But Motion looks weak, maybe Im wrong but it looks like its a bunch of presets for people who don't want to learn after effects. If motion gets big, we are going to get pretty sick of the same line reveal appears in half the presets.
I hope Im wrong, the real time rendering does look sweet. Maybe they are just trying to sell it to everyone so they focused on the presets, we'll see.
