one thing you could do to make it look better is get the whole pec around it done up. What's up with this little ass tat? If you are gonna do it, go all out.
It will fade a little. If you just got it done, of course it will be dark. Especially if you are keeping it moist like you are supposed to. After a couple of weeks you will see it start to lighter a tad...
there are tons of really nice tattooists in NYC. I go to Chris O'Donnell at New York Adorned. ( http://www.newyorkadorned.com ) I dont think he would work on your existing tat though, he only really does large pieces. But you never know.
