you're not talking about $599 US, right? because if you are, that's a ridiculous price for what they're being offered. they could have their own domain name and get a basic site like that one designed for $599. I don't freelance cause it's a waste of time, but if I could design a site like that and throw in a year domain registration and hosting, hell, I'd do that (in about 3 hours). i'm just thinking your price is a little outrageous for a template-based system.
